Custom Design

  • CAD (computer-aided) rendering so you can see and approve the design before we make anything

Repairs

Most repairs can be finished in days. 

  • Ring resizing: sizing up or down while preserving the design
  • Prong repair & retipping: rebuilding worn or bent prongs before a stone is lost
  • Stone setting & tightening: resecuring loose diamonds or gemstones
  • Chain & clasp repair: fixing broken links, replacing lobster/spring/toggle clasps
  • Soldering and laser welding: rejoining broken metal cleanly
  • Shank repair/replacement: rebuilding a worn or thinned ring band
  • Pearl or bead restringing: re-stringing with new knots between beads

Appraisals

We offer per-item and time-based fees, starting with a full 5-page appraisal report with a photo (starting at $125).

  • Insurance appraisals: documentation your insurance company requires to cover a piece 
  • Estate appraisals: for estate settlement, divorce, or donation purposes

Cleaning & Inspection

Bring your jewelry in any time for a professional cleaning

  • Ultrasonic cleaning to remove buildup a home cleaning can’t touch
